Students will explore modal scales, triads, and chords, as well as the transposition of keys and for wind instruments. Key topics also include modulation, chord progressions, and various numbering systems, all designed to further enhance the student's understanding of music theory. This course will provide practical applications for both composition and performance, enabling students to apply advanced theory concepts to their music practice.

This course offers a systematic study of basic music theory, providing students with the foundational knowledge required for understanding and performing music. Students will explore key concepts such as time signatures, key signatures, and reading musical and rhythmical notation. They will also study major, minor, and chromatic scales, as well as major, minor, augmented, and diminished intervals.
