A Life-Changing University

I’ve been at the University for approximately five years. I tell people often that it’s a “life-changing” University. In so many ways it has changed me and allowed me to minister to so many people and share the Word of God with them. This changed my life!

According to Dr. Wingate, when he first started Life Christian University, he said, “One class will change your life.” Truer words have never been spoken. For me, that one class took me to another class, then into another class, and it changed my life.

I would invite anyone who wants to go deeper in the Word of God and get to know the Lord Jesus Christ, God the Father, and the Holy Spirit to join us at Life Christian University.

Using my evangelism style

While in class studying evangelism, it was interesting to discover my evangelism style was "testimonial." I never knew I had a "style." The class assignment was to use our evangelism style to minister to an unsaved person. We were instructed to think of three people and choose one to accomplish this goal. I chose my three, but God had another plan.

The very next day, a young lady called our office seeking someone to talk to and pray with her. I work in the Social Service department for Catholic Charities and people often mistake our organization for a church. Most times, I tell people we are not a church and attempt to refer them to a nearby Catholic church.

This time, I told the young lady we were not a church, but I would love to talk with her and pray with her. One hour later, I was leading her to Christ, using my testimonial evangelism style. God knew I needed to see the power of what I had learned and the power it has to help save lives. I'm loving LCU!

Healed from lupus & rheumatoid arthritis!

In December 2014 my daughter was diagnosed with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, which wreaked havoc on her entire body. When I started at LCU in February 2015, the Holy Spirit supernaturally showed me my daughter as she was standing in my kitchen fixing herself something to eat. The Holy Spirit said to me, "I will heal your daughter."

Praying the prayers of faith and the blessings from our textbook for the "Divine Healing" course led me to the exact healing prayer for my daughter. She is now walking in divine health of the Lord every day!!!

Praise the Lord, she is healed from lupus and rheumatoid arthritis!!!

God graciously allows me to learn His Word in such great magnitude

I have accomplished more than I would ever imagine! If you had told me in 1990 that by 2017 I would be studying to receive my doctorate degree, I would have probably said, "I don't think so!"

I find that my ability to speak to God's people has increased over the last 5 years and I believe my best testimony is that lives that are being set free and changed because of the gift God put in my life to share His Word that I have learned at LCU.

God graciously allows me to learn His Word in such great magnitude it is just so amazing. I have been so wonderfully blessed. And I know that greater things are yet to come.
