I want to tell you what LCU has meant to me. If I could describe it in one word, it would be “transformational.” When I came to this school, the very first thing that I knew that was important to me was I wanted to transform into looking more like Christ. I knew that was why He was calling me in the first place to come to Bible College. So I made it the very first point from the first class, which was on Faith, to every book that we read, the syllabus that we went over in class, and all the teachings. I would take it, and I would apply it to my life, and it started even within the first class to transform my life, and I saw myself growing spiritually.
So I did that for five years, every single class. I applied it to my life, and now today I have my own non-profit ministry; I have a team; I have a board; I am impacting communities in my county, and even my state at some levels. It has been amazing.
So I would just say and encourage you that as you take this step into LCU this year, make it a point for it to be transformational in your life. The Bible says, “Don’t just be a hearer of the Word, but also be a doer of the Word,” and then you will get the results. So I pray a blessing on you that you will be doers of the Word and not just hearers of the Word. Good luck and be blessed!

I’ve been at the University for approximately five years. I tell people often that it’s a “life-changing” University. In so many ways it has changed me and allowed me to minister to so many people and share the Word of God with them. This changed my life!
According to Dr. Wingate, when he first started Life Christian University, he said, “One class will change your life.” Truer words have never been spoken. For me, that one class took me to another class, then into another class, and it changed my life.
I would invite anyone who wants to go deeper in the Word of God and get to know the Lord Jesus Christ, God the Father, and the Holy Spirit to join us at Life Christian University.

What LCU means to me is this: it has given me a rock, a solid foundation, that has grown deep roots in me. It has taught me about biblical principles that have changed my life.
When I first started going to LCU, I didn’t have a means to pay for Bible College. I just went on faith, and every year after my first year, my Bible College has been paid in full. After three years, my house was paid off, and I was able to buy a house for my dad.
I received my Bachelor’s degree, and I have a job at a church now. I’ve traveled all over the world to South Africa, Jamaica, and in the United States doing Bible Services seeing people saved, delivered, and healed. It’s been such a powerful thing in my life.
I’m grateful for everything that I’ve learned at LCU, for the opportunities and the doors that God has opened.
I want to encourage you that if you have any questions, just to come and find out for yourself. See what God wants to do in your life, what He wants to teach you, and how He wants to work with you.

What has LCU meant to me? All I can say is “transformation for my life.” You know how the caterpillar has to go to the cocoon stage for 5-21 days? After it comes out, it is no longer a caterpillar – it becomes a beautiful butterfly, and that’s how I can describe LCU. I may have come in as a caterpillar spiritually in a lot of areas, but after sitting under the anointing of anointed professors…butterfly!
The Bible says, “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” When your friend has you taste some ice cream, and once you taste it, you get hooked. Before you know it, you keep going on and on.
Well, that’s just like what you get at LCU, because for the first class you don’t have to pay anything; you just come and taste. Glory to God! You just come and taste! I promise you, the first time you taste the Word of God, you’re going to be hooked. You’ll come back and back and back, because Jesus is going to fill you with so much Word.
You know the Spirit of God and the Word of God; they bear witness together. Having just the Word and no Spirit is dangerous, and just having the Spirit and no Word is dangerous. Glory to God, when you have the Word and the Spirit, you’re a force to be reckoned with. This is what God has given me coming to LCU.
